Gentleman,
We will be doing some time traveling. We are going to go from the 1500's to the late 1900's-2000's.
We are doing so because I have noticed that chapter 24 has peaked your interest.
We will be going BACK in time after we finish this section.
In chapter 24 we will cover familiar topics such as economy, education, health, culture, music, religion and race.
You will each be doing individual research and presenting a paper on individuals and topics mentioned in the chapter such as:
Oprah Winfrey, Bill Clinton's secretary of commerce Ronald Brown, Colin Powell, Tiger Woods, Henry Louis Gates, Michael Jordan, Oliver Harrington & Aaron McGruder, The Boondocks, HIV/AIDS, Rap, Bob and Ziggy Marley, NWA, John M, Murgess, Louis Farrakhan, Million Man March, Black Feminism, Rights for Gays and Lesbians.
